EAGLEAPP TAXI

EAGLEAPP is a web-based app for ordering a transportation; it communicates transportation service requests to the transportation service providers who have been registered as users of the EAGLEAPP system. The private limited company EAGLEAPP PROTECH CO., LTD. (registry code 00034983) (we, us, our), which was founded in and continues to operate in the Kingdom of Cambodia, is the holder of rights and service provider of the EAGLEAPP.

USING THE EAGLEAPP

1. You acknowledge that EAGLEAPP does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier, and that all such transportation services are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employed by EAGLEAPP or any of its affiliates.

2. The use of the EAGLEAPP requires installation of the software and registration of a user account. During the installation of the EAGLEAPP, the mobile number of the EAGLEAPP service user is linked to the respective user account and added to the database.

3. Users are responsible for the security of their user name and password for the EAGLEAPP. EAGLEAPP may assume that anyone using a user's user name and password is authorized by the user to do so. Users must notify EAGLEAPP immediately on becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their user name or password or of any other security breach in connection with the EAGLEAPP.

4. When using the EAGLEAPP, the user can choose whether he/she wishes to pay for the transportation service using a credit or debit card.

EAGLEAPP adalah aplikasi berbasis web untuk memesan transportasi; itu mengkomunikasikan permintaan layanan transportasi ke penyedia layanan transportasi yang telah terdaftar sebagai pengguna sistem EAGLEAPP. Perusahaan terbatas swasta EAGLEAPP PROTECH CO., LTD.  MENGGUNAKAN EAGLEAPP

3. Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas keamanan nama pengguna dan kata sandi mereka untuk EAGLEAPP. EAGLEAPP dapat berasumsi bahwa siapa pun yang menggunakan nama pengguna dan kata sandi pengguna diotorisasi oleh pengguna untuk melakukannya. Pengguna harus memberi tahu EAGLEAPP segera setelah mengetahui adanya penggunaan tidak sah atas nama pengguna atau kata sandi mereka atau pelanggaran keamanan lainnya sehubungan dengan EAGLEAPP.

4. Saat menggunakan EAGLEAPP, pengguna dapat memilih apakah dia ingin membayar layanan transportasi menggunakan kartu kredit atau debit.
